SHIPPING & TURNAROUND

Your jewelry is made to order, especially with you or your loved one in mind, so please allow 7-10 days for your piece to ship. If you need it faster (we’ve all been there at the last minute panic), shoot me an email and I will let you know what I can do to speed up the turnaround, depending on the design you ordered (some are more complex than others and take longer to make).

Once your piece leaves our studio, it ships USPS Priority Flat Rate and generally arrives within a couple of days depending on where it is going :)

MISSING MATE

We’ve all been there, you’re about to take your earrings off before heading in the shower, and lo and behold, there is only one in your ear!

Well, do not tear your hair out just yet! I would be happy to make the missing mate to your freshly orphaned earring…

I am just glad to hear the earrings are well loved and worn, better to have loved and lost then to not have loved at all :)

All you need to do is to send me your orphan earring so I

can make sure the new earring matches in size and style (with handmade jewelry, every pair is slightly different).

You can ship it to me at Zuzko, POBox 2038, Vashon, WA 98070 (please shoot me an email when you ship it so I can keep an eye out for it zuz@zuzko.com).

Once I receive your earring it is about a week turn around. Please include the address you want me to ship it back to as well.

I will email you a link to pay with card before I ship your new pair, or if you prefer you can enclose a check with your orphan earring.

The cost is half the retail price plus $10 shipping.

Missing Mate

RING SIZING

AT HOME

Step 1 - Get a non-stretchy string or paper about 6"(152MM) long and 1/4"(6.5MM) wide.

Step 2 - Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.

Step 3 - Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.

Step 4 - Measure the length of the string/paper from the starting point to the mark.

Step 5 - To determine your ring size in all countries open our Ring Size Conversion Chart for MM or Inches.

If you are between sizes, order a larger size. Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature -- fingers can shrink or expand when cold or hot. If your knuckle is much larger than your finger’s base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between. You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose or it will shift around.

I stand behind all my work. Should your jewelry ever stop looking its best, if it needs straightening or cleaning or a repair, just send it back to me and I will make it look like new, free of charge!

Buying online leaves a lot to be desired, you can’t try the jewelry on to see how it looks on you, how it feels, how heavy or light it is and how it moves. I want to make shopping on my site as fun and stress free for you as possible! So, once you receive your jewelry, if for any reason you don’t love it, I will gladly exchange it for a different design, one that will fit and feel right! My goal is to have you love and wear your piece often, if it sits in your jewelry drawer it does me no good:)

Please email me within 5 days of receiving your package if you'd like to return or exchange your item for something else.

Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

GIFT PACKAGING

Every piece of jewelry you buy on our website (or in our studio) comes with complimentary gift wrap, an understated but polished burlap box that says “Handmade on Vashon”.

The whole family is involved in customizing our gift boxes….my husband prints the ZUZKO tag on his 3D printer, and our little daughter stamps the ‘handmade on Vashon' stamp and glues the little rhinestone in the O :)

Most designs are made to order, especially for you! You’ll also get a little handwritten card telling you the name and material of the design you purchased, as well as the date it was made. Topped off with a pretty ribbon and voila, may the gift giving begin :)

Aside from our website and our small studio on Vashon Island, that is open twice a year (spring/winter) for our Studio Art Tour or by appointment, you can purchase our creations in handcrafted galleries all over the country.
